Mary's Quilts

Here is a beautiful quilt that Mary made up with Bonnie and Camille's fabric "Scrumptious".  Boy is it scrumptious!  She added tons of her hand embroidery detail all over the quilt.  I quilted daisies all over it for her.

And this cute little Christmas quilt.  I quilted "Holly Berries" all over it.

Thanks for letting me quilt for you Mary!

Kristen's Quilt

This is a quilt that was made and designed by Kristen of Stash.  She will have this new fun pattern available soon!  I'll let you know when it comes out. It goes together so fast and uses fat quarters.  She made this one out of Tula Pink "Salt Water" fabrics.  I quilted an all over pantograph called "Bubbles" on it.

Turned out adorable.  Thank you for letting me quilt for you Kristen!

Mary's Quilt

Mary is a new quilting friend I met this past year and I'm so thankful to have met her.  She's a great lady. She just started quilting in January of 2013 and has already made 18 quilts.  I would say she is hooked!  She always adds some beautiful hand embroidery to her projects and I love quilting away and finding some hidden treasures that she has stitched.  I always tease her that she always "Mary's it up".  This quilt started with a gift of charms squares that I gave her for a gift.  This is what she made up.  She asked me to custom quilt it for her.  I took some ideas from Judi's new book "Quilting in Wide Open Spaces"  Her new book is so awesome.  If you like to look at quilting eye candy....then this book is for you.  Fabulous job Judi!  Here are some pictures of Mary's beautiful Quilt.

These cute little daisies were done digitally and the digital pattern is available from Natalia over at Piece N Quilt.  So cute!
Check out all this hand embroidery!

Thanks so much for letting me quilt this for you Mary!  She's such a talented lady!

Merry Christmas!  I wanted to take this day to specially thank all of you for giving me so much encouragement over the last three years on my blog and with my quilting adventures.  I enjoy every comment  from each and everyone of you over the years.  I would like to have a little blog give away. It's a fat eighth bundle of Barcelona by Zen Chic.

Here is how it will work!  Leave me a comment and just say "Hi".  I would also love it if you would follow me on Bloglovin' if you are not already doing so but it is not required.  The button to follow is at the top right hand corner of my blog.

I will draw the winner on Saturday, December 29th.  I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday with their families.  I appreciate all of you so much!

Venus' Quilts

Venus has been busy again....she made these two adorable quilts.  I custom quilted this first one for her.  Aren't these fairies just the cutest?

And this adorable drunkard path.  That took a lot of work!  I quilted all over swirls on it.

Thanks for letting me quilt these for you Venus!  They are adorable.

Eva's Quilts

Eva made these cute little applique angels for some Christmas presents.  They are both just a little bit different.  I custom quilted them.  Aren't they just adorable?

Sorry you can't see the quilting too much.  The light was terrible this evening when I took these and Eva was on her way to pick them up so I couldn't wait for better light.  The texture was just amazing on them.

New Toy has Arrived!

Hi Everyone!  I've missed you!  Sorry it's been so long since I blogged but I have some exciting news....I got a new longarm.  It's an Innova Autopilot.  I can now do my pantographs digitally.  Hopefully it will speed things up a bit.  I will still do all my custom work freehand.  That is what I really love to do but sometimes a quilt really just needs a pantograph and of course it makes it much more affordable.

I've been spending all my free minutes learning this new little baby and I think I'm getting it down pretty well.  I've already quilted three of my quilts for practice and started to do some custom work.  I love it!

Here's a cute little quilt I made out of "Bluebird Park".  I quilted "Honeycomb" on it.  You  might remember that I quilted one of these a while back for my cousin, Laura.  I loved how it came out so I quilted it just the same.

This is another quilt that's been sitting in a pile for so long.  Getting to finish it up and gift it this year for Christmas.  It got a simple baptist fan.

And this little quilt was made by one of my sweet friends, Kristen.  She made this for a gift so I can't show you the whole thing just quite yet.  This is a new pantograph called "Orange Peel".  It's my new favorite!
And this little wild quilt was made with a layer cake I had laying around.  I put it together and quilted another new pantograph "Bubbles" on it.  This new pattern is also amazing.  So many new opportunities here in my quilt world.

Thanks for stopping by.  Happy Quilting!
