Sally's Quilt

This is Sally's quilt.  She did a fabulous job piecing it.  Sally took a quilt class from a very neat little quilt shop in Walla Walla, Washington called Stash.  I've quilted two others just like this but they all look different.  They have all the newest lines of fabrics and offer a variety of quilt classes.  They always have something fun going on over there.  Everytime I visit their cute little quilt store I feel so welcome and just want to stay forever.  You should definitely go there if you ever get to Walla Walla. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for looking.

Flower Quilt

Here is a quilt I've been working on.  It is a pattern called "Dahlia" from Green Fairy Quilts.  You can get this pattern http://www.greenfairyquilts.blogspot.com/.  She does some pretty amazing stuff over there and she has lots of pre-cut fabrics and they are always on sale.  You might want to check it out.  I plan to machine quilt it soon.

I used the same fabrics that Judi at Green Fairy Quilts used for her pattern cover.  The fabric is by Moda (of course) and is called "Lovely" by Sandy Gervais.  I absolutely love how it turned out and the directions were very easy to follow.

Thanks for looking.

Mary Ann's Quilt

Here is a quilt I did for Mary Ann.  She wanted an allover pattern on it so I quilted a pantograph called "Chantily Lace".  It turned out really nice.  She made this quilt for her granddaughter's granduation gift.  What a nice grandma!  It has some wonderful animal prints in it.  Very cool.

Thanks for looking!

Caterpillar Baby Quilt

Here is a cute little inch worm / caterpillar baby quilt that I made for a new little cousin.  It is from a pattern in the Quilting for Baby book by Jeanne Stauffer and Sandra L. Hatch.  This is the third one of these I've made so far.  I have another one of these pieced but I think I might quilt it a little differently.  Yes, that will make four that I've made of these over the last couple of years.  I love them and the Mom's usually go nuts when I bring one to a baby shower.

I quilted swirls all over it....doesn't the back look neat?  I used a piece of flannel and it looks like suede.  It is really bright and cheery.  Thanks for looking.

Pretty cute, huh?  I just love how it turned out.  Perfect for the Fourth of July.  I hope you're having a beautiful day.  We are having the most gorgeous weather today. Thanks for looking.

Lily and Will Baby Quilt

I made this cute little quilt for a friend of our's new little baby.  It was made from the fabric collection of Lily and Will by Moda Fabrics.  I made it from charms squares that I made into snowball blocks and then just added a couple of borders.

I added a piece of flannel to the backing and quilted swirls all over it.  It is just so soft and comfortable.  Thanks for looking.
