I quilted an allover pantograph on it called "Paisley Playtime".  Very soft and pretty.  Just love this fabric line.

Kristen's Quilt

Here's a fabulous quilt that was made by Kristen of Stash.  This pattern is Jaybird's "Dot Party" and it was made with V & Co's "Simply Color".  Just amazing.  I quilted spiral swirls coming out of the circles and just a simple stipple in the background.  I think it turned out just perfect.

Thanks for letting me quilt this beautiful quilt for you Kristen!  I hope you all had a really nice weekend and had a chance to do some quilting, of course!

Janet's Quilt

Janet made this beautiful baby girl quilt.  I quilted all over freehand feather swirls.  Turned out amazing.  She used a piece of Minkee for the backing and I have to be honest this is my first time quilting with it and it turned out really nice.  No problems at all. Really love how the back looks.

Thanks for stopping by.  Happy Quilting.

Varsity Quilt

This quilt is called Varisty, a pattern by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts.  I made it with "Parisville" fabric by Tula Pink!  I really love this quilt.  This is one of my own quilts and I'm really trying to stick with my New Year's resolution to quilt one of my own quilts per month.  This is February's.  I quilted my favorite swirls and used two pieces of Quilter's Dream poly batting.

Don't you just love the back of this quilt.   That Tula Pink is just one talented lady!  Just have to add the binding and she will be good to go!  I'm going to enter this one in a local quilt show in May.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Quilting!

Kristen's Quilt

Look at this beauty that Kristen from Stash put together.  She made the entire quilt out of Voile fabrics.  It was the softest quilt.  I quilted "Bayside" on it.  Kept it nice and soft.

Just beautiful!  Thanks for letting me quilt this for you Kristen!  Happy Quilting.

Lee's Quilt

Here is a huge quilt that Lee made for his wife Rosanne.  Isn't that sweet?  This quilt was huge 116 x 116.  I quilted the pantograph "Lovely" all over it.

It was so large it was hard to get a picture of the whole quilt as I ran out of room. Lee did an awesome job piecing this baby.  It was perfectly flat and pieced so perfectly.  Thanks for taking a look.  Happy Quilting.

Jan's Quilt

This lovely quilt was made by my Aunt Jan.  My Aunt Jan is a very traditional quilter but after she and I attended a Tula Pink workshop last summer at Stash she has started to convert to a modern quilter.  She made this wonderful quilt out of Tula Pink's fabric "Parisville" with a little "Birds and the Bee's" mixed in.  This pattern is called "Kiss Kiss" by Tula Pink.  She did an excellent job piecing it and asked me to custom quilt it for her.

I used some techinques that I've learned from the magnificent Angela Walters.  I have both of her books and they are wonderful.  I have learned so much from this very talented lady!   I think this quilt turned out pretty cute.  Look at those center blocks...Tula has the most interesting fabric ever!  I just love her creative style.

Thanks for taking a look.

Unfinished Quilts....

I thought it might be fun to share with you my growing stack of unfinished quilt tops.  Crazy...I own a longarm and still I have all these tops unfinished.  That is why I have decided to quilt one of my own every month this year.  Possibly two.  The problem is I keep making more.  This first one is called Star Cakes by Legacy patterns.  I made it with one layer cake of "Vintage Modern" by Bonnie and Camille and some yardage.  Went together so fast and it's 85 x 85. Perfect for a queen size bed.

This fun quilt is called "Northern Lights" by Jaybird Quilts.  I used her new "Hex n' More" ruler to make this up.  It was easy and super fun to make.

This quilt was made with a free pattern on the Moda Bakeshop.  I made it with two charm packs and some yardarge.
Oh and this little beauty was made with my Christmas gift from my husband....1/2 yard cuts of all of Tula Pink's new fabric collection "Salt Water" and Julie Herman's "Hex n' More" ruler.  So fun and easy to make.

Here is a cute little Wave quilt that I made in Patty Young's "Andalucia" fabric.  This pattern was a free pattern over at Elizabeth Hartman's Blog - Oh, Frannson!.  It was super easy to make with a few fat quarters.
And this little beauty made with "Parisville" fabric by Tula Pink and a Jaybird pattern "Varsity".  A very fine combination if I do say so myself.  I can't wait to get this one quilted.  I see a lot of fun swirls in those cream areas.  I love swirls!
This is a quilt that I made about 4 or 5 years ago and just threw it in a stack to be quilted.  I was disappointed in it because I thought my points were not very good on it.  After I pulled it out and started looking at it I decided it's not too bad and I really should finish it.  I hope to get this one completed this year.
This was a block of the month quilt that I did through Fat Quarter Shop a couple of years ago and never finished it.  It is also on the list to finish this year.
As you can see I have 8 quilt tops that need attention.  I actually cleaned up my sewing area this weekend and organized all my fabric and projects.  I have a ton more that I want to make this year. I enjoy it so much and feel so lucky to have the access to all this beautiful fabric.  Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at what I'm doing.  I will share all these quilts with you once I get them completed.  Wish me luck!

Happy Quilting!
