Hi Everyone!  I quilted another one of my own quilts up recently.  Slowly working on my "to be quilted" stack.  Ha!  I quilted an all over pantograph "Overlapping Crop Circles".  Love it.  This fabric is Bonnie & Camille's Vintage Modern.

Market Pics!

Sorry I've not posted in a while but I've been really busy....going to market in Pittsburgh!  It was so much fun.  Here are some pics to share with you.  One of my highlights was seeing Tula Pink!  Always love to see what she is up to.  She posed for this adorable pic for me.  Her new fabric line "Moon Shine" is going to be awesome.  The fabrics are just plain gorgeous!  Can't wait until September to get my hands on some.

And here are some other great photos of quilts from various booths.

Julie Herman's (Jaybird) new quilt design "Delight".  It's a beauty.
And these lovely ladies Jenny Pedigo and Helen Robinson of Sew Kind of Wonderful.  They are doing some amazing things.  Their booth was so busy and I even scored a copy of their new book!  It's awesome and I suggest you go out and buy it!  These girls are super talented.  Both of these talented ladies are super awesome longarm quilters too!
Oh and that is a pic of Judi of Green Fairy Quilts holding the other side of Jenny's quilts. I got a quick second to say "hi" to her.  She is just as cute in person as she is on her blog!

And here is Kathy Hamada and me in front of the Quilt Sampler Magazine booth.  See her quilt hanging behind us!  Stash...the store she co-owns with Kristen McVane and Ann Hamada were featured in the current edition.  I was so lucky to get to quilt this quilt for her.

And this is a pic of Kathy and her adorable daughter Kelsey.  I was lucky to get to know her on this trip.  She is a doll!

 Some beautiful embroidery!

And this gorgeous booth of my favorite quilter Angela Walters! I scored her newest book too!  She is so sweet and nice in person too!  Always willing to help.  That's why she's such a great teacher.  I've learned so much from this lady!  She is truly inspiring to me!

Okay....now back to business of quilting!  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Some Fun News!

I've shared this on my Instagram account already but I know some of you are not on Instagram so I thought I would share some great news for my favorite quilt shop Stash and of course me!  My friend Kathy Hamada of Stash in Walla Walla designed this cover quilt made with yummy Tula Pink fabrics.  And of course I was lucky enough to quilt it. The quilt shop which is owned by three awesome ladies....Kristen McVane, Kathy Hamada and Ann Hamada are all featured in this magazine.  Their shop is just amazing...if you ever get to Washington state this is a must see!  So much inspiration just as soon as you walk in the door.  These ladies are absolutely amazing and about the nicest women you will ever meet.  I'm so thankful that I have been able to share my quilt journey with them.  You really should pick this magazine up and take a peek!

Here are some pics I took of the quilt right after I quilted it last October.  I've had to keep this secret since then....Not easy to do. Look at this beauty!

Thank you Kathy for letting me quilt this gorgeous quilt for you.  And thanks to Stash for allowing me to quilt for them...they have let me practice on their quilts for the last three years and for that I'm very grateful!  Kathy, Kristen and Ann....you're the best!

Happy Quilting!
