Mary's Quilt

Mary made this gorgeous star quilt.  The pattern is from a recent Fons and Porter magazine.  It was made with April Showers by Bonnie and Camille.  I custom quilted it for Mary.

Turned out so fabulous!  Thanks for letting me quilt for you Mary!

Peggy's Quilts

Hi Everyone!  Sorry I've been away for so long.  I've been busy quilting, of course!  Here are some more of Peggy's quilts.  This first one I quilted an allover pantograph called feather fill.

And this one is a pattern by Thimble Blossoms called "Puddle Jumping".  I quilted the ever popular "Overlapping Crop Circles".  This pattern always turns out cool.  Absolutely love it!

Thanks for letting me quilt for you Peggy!  Happy Quilting!

Staycation....Flower Quilt

Okay...last one...hope you enjoyed my staycation.  I know I sure did!  This little flower quilt was a free pattern on Sew Kind of Wonderful's website.  Those girls are so kind to share their patterns with all of us.  We all know how much time and effort goes into designing patterns this amazing.  I custom quilted mine with some feathers and some pretty flowers.

Too cute!

Happy Quilting.

Staycation continues....Tula Pink Mystery Quilt

I made this quilt from a Craftsy class.  It was a class Tula Pink put on with her line of fabric "Fox Field".  She made this awesome pattern up too.  I custom quilted it up and had fun trying out a bunch of different designs.

See that cute little puppy model? She works for free!

Staycation continues....Metro Rings

I have had this quilt done for so long....it's been sitting in a pile just waiting for me to quilt it up.  This is a pattern by Sew Kind of Wonderful using the Quick Curve Ruler.  It's called Metro Rings.  I love their patterns and have made a few of their quilts.  So easy to piece curves.

Of course, I had to custom quilt this one too.  I'm in love with this quilt now.  It's amazing how much some quilting will change a quilt!

And the back was so gorgeous too!

Staycation....Dresden Plates!

This is my first go around with dresden plates!  My good friend Mary makes these all the time and I've been quilting all her masterpieces and thinking....Why haven't I tried this?  Well, here is my attempt...I really love how they came out.  I custom quilted a lot of feathers.

Thanks for stopping by!

My Staycation!

Hi Everyone....I recently took a week off my real job and got to just stay home and quilt some of my own quilts.  In the next few posts you will see quite a few of my quilts finally getting finished.  I even managed to sew all the bindings on each quilt and just have to hand stitch them to the back. That's going to be awhile but at least they are getting closer to being done.

This first one up is a Jaybird pattern called "Giggles" made with her Side Kick Ruler.  I made a few more blocks to make it a little larger and then I custom quilted it. Love how this one turned out.

I hope you enjoy my journey in the next few days....I'm so looking forward to sharing all my quilts with you!

Happy Quilting!
