Chris' Quilt

Here is a beautiful quilt I machine quilted for Chris.  I believe it was a block of the month quilt.  She requested the pantograph "Ground Cover" on it.  Turned out so beautiful.  The fabric was so soft.  I really love the Moda fabrics.  Really feels like you're quilting through butter.

Thanks for letting me quilt for you Chris.  Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.  We have some out of town family here for the weekend so we are keeping busy visiting.  Nice to see family.

Happy Quilting!

Janet's Quilt

Janet made this gorgeous quilt for her daughter-in-law's mother.  Isn't that just the sweetest. It is a Carpenter's Star quilt.  I quilted a lot of feathers on this one and I have to tell you I'm starting to really like these feathers.  They are fun to quilt and look so beautiful when you're finished.

I always love how a quilt looks on the longarm with the light hitting it just right!  I got up first thing this morning and had to look at this quilt.  I seriously could not belive I quilted this.  I'm in heaven right now.

Thanks for letting me quilt this beautiful quilt for you Janet.  I can't wait to quilt one for you sometime.

Happy Quilting!

Kathy's Quilt

Here's a cute little quilt that Kathy made from the quilt shop Stash in Walla Walla. It is going to be a shop sample.  Turned out so adorable.  I custom quilted it.  These blocks were just so cute.  I used a few different designs on it and just had fun with it.

I wanted to tell you about the last quilt I just posted for Donna.  She drove 2-1/2 hours to pick her quilt up from me and she gave me a hug and told me how much she loved it.  I have to tell you that brightened my day!  I have made such wonderful new friends with my new endeavor and for that I'm very grateful.  Thank you to all my wonderful customers.

Thanks for taking a look!  Happy Quilting.

Leslie's Quilt

Here is a beautiful tone on tone quilt that Leslie made for her daughter.  Her daughter is an interior designer and sent her a few fabric swatches she wanted to incorporate in the quilt.  Leslie made this quilt with the most beautiful fabrics and then a piece of linen for the back.  Turned out so gorgeous!

Hope you all had a great weekend.  Thanks for taking a look and happy quilting!

Eva's Quilt

This is a quilt that Eva made.  She is pretty new to quilting and I've quilted several of her quilts already.  She does a really nice job piecing them.  I quilted "Bayside" all over this one.

Jan's Quilt

Here is my Aunt Jan's quilt.  It is called "Tales of the First Lady" by Eleanor Burns.  It turned out so beautiful.  When she first gave it to me to quilt I was thinking that there was no way I could do this quilt justice.  I just haven't had enough experience doing traditional quilts.  Especially feathers.  My husband was watching me look at this quilt after it was loaded and I mentioned to him that I wanted to do feathers but didn't know if they would look good.  He said "Just go for it. That's the only way you're going to learn." Well, I took his advice and I was so glad I did.  They turned out fabulous and they were perfect for this quilt!  I even quilted some feathers on the birds in the centers.

I'm very pleased with how this turned out.  My Aunt came to pick it up last night and she is always so excited to get her quilts back.  She said it was way too pretty to go on a bed so it's going on her wall.  She wants to get it bound and hung up by the end of the month when a lot of family is coming to town. I'm just proud to have been a part of this beautiful quilt.  Thank you, Aunt Jan for letting me quilt for you again.

Happy Quilting!

Ann's Quilt

Happy Sunday!  I hope you all had a fabulous weekend.  I was busy quilting away over here.  Just finished a huge quilt that I will post tomorrow.  Here is a quilt I machine quilted for Ann.  She asked for "Dippin' Daisies" all over it.

Also was able to piece some of my Nightshade by Tula Pink on Saturday.  These blocks went together so fast.  Tula Pink is just the most talented fabric designer.  I love her work.

And I finally got my 12th block of Swoon done.  I actually have these all put together now too and hope to custom quilt these soon.  I wanted to get this quilt all finished by the time my dear cousin comes at the end of the month but it's not looking good.  Sorry Laura.  I still have a beautiful quilt on the guest bed though.
Thanks sew much for taking a look today!  I appreciate you stopping by sew much!

Happy Quilting!
